We needed a long term stay close to the hospital as a requirement for treatment. This house crossed off all our needs. Lots of beds, clean large kitchen and dining area, comfy couch for lounging, and parks near by! Grocery stores and dining options are all close and the neighborhood is quiet. The host was responsive and respectful. Check in was easy and the AC works great!

I booked this property on behalf of my company for a few employees staying near our Denver office and it was perfect! The owner was very responsive if there was anything that needed to be discussed as well. I would absolutely recommend!

It is an older home and has a few little issues that the owners were willing to take care of right away for us, for being dog friendly. There’s nowhere really for the dog to run in the backyard except on a crushed gravel type thing. But overall, it was good for what we needed
