The house is clean and accommodating, with lots of nice touches. The host has been friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful cafe within walking distance that serves meals all day, with live music on Wednesday evenings. I would rent this property in the future.

Our stay was great! The host was very responsive. The house was very clean. There were a lot of extra touches including a variety of coffees to choose from and everything was labeled so items were easy to find.

Perfect place for our little family reunion. Great backyard hangout for a summer night. Our family and our little dog were very comfortable. Our host was also very responsive. Highly recommend this home!!

Victor is very responsive and his house was spotless and well-stocked.Not the most beautiful neighborhood, but it was quiet and within walking distance of a couple of excellent restaurants and a bakery.

Beautiful home close to downtown Santa Fe. It's locate close to a Whole Foods and lots of local eateries. The property is well maintained and impeccably clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

This place was fantastic! Bedrooms were great size, and had the perfect Santa Fe charm to it! Was centrally located to a lot of great shops, restaurants, rail yard and the plaza. Victor checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this great place!

This home was our little home away from home. It was clean very well taken care of. Our host checked in with us and made sure everything was well. We enjoyed the back yard patio great times around the fireplace. This home is very conveniently located short drive to food, Walmart and entertainment. Would stay again and would recommend. Great experience, the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Stocked really well with necessities and extra amenities. The house was very cute and charming. The backyard patio with the fire pit and fountain was a great place to hang for drinks.

Everything was great, my only suggestion was to have a knife sharpener or something. The kitchen is not stocked well with cookware, serveware (salad bowls), or utensils. The place is great otherwise.

Short family trip in Santa Fe

The hummingbird house is a perfectly quaint New Mexican style home. The home is clean and cozy. We would definitely stay again!

Our overall impression of the property was that it was utterly sublime. It is right off of a very popular road that gave my partner and I easy access to both downtown and remote areas in Santa Fe itself. The backyard was truly stunning. It provided an excellent balance between an art deco and more traditional layout, something that we have come to enjoy at our own home. Most notably, our very picky dog found the area to be irresistible. The owner even thought of him by providing a bathroom area so that he had no fear of relieving himself respectfully. We would certainly stay another time, and we hope more people choose to do the same.

We had 5 people and 1 dog for a 1-night stay, traveling from 4 hours away in Colorado. The home was very inviting and warm. The space worked well for us. It was a very quiet neighborhood. My dog did not want to leave the back yard, she very much approved. The communication was excellent from the moment we booked until after we left.
