Guests will have full exclusive access to the house, driveway, property grounds, lake front area, and dock. Guests will not have access to the owner’s boat but there is plenty of space to bring your own boat and tie to the dock.
The house is only 15 miles and 22 minutes from the heart of Clemson University.
From Greenville it is 43 miles and 1 hour drive. Approx: 1:15 from GSP airport
