Beautiful spot on Sebago - sandy beach, clear water with great small rock entry, slip perfect for sunning. Nice deck to eat on and view the lake. The house was well appointed with fans/ good screens/ all that you need. The twin bed was actually a toddler bed, but we adjusted as Eric took care of that.
