1st floor:
- Bedroom #1: Queen bed w/ closet, attached full bathroom with 1 vanity/sink

2nd floor:
- Living room, kitchen, and dining area
- Half bathroom
- mini split A/C

3rd floor:
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed walk-in closet. Dedicated desk and chair, mini split A/C
- Bedroom #3: King bed, walk-in closet, mini split A/C
- Full bathroom with 2 vanities/sinks

Rooftop:
- Patio with seating for 8 people & a Space Needle view


House rules:

* No parties or events. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
* No smoking or vaping inside/outside the property. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
* No pets allowed.
* Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors.
* Please remove shoes inside the house (except in the entryway and on the rooftop) as we sometimes have crawling babies visiting.
* No extra/overnight guests. All adult guests in the group must be on the reservation.
* No mailbox access.
* Turn off all appliances (stove, oven, hair dryer, iron, etc.) when not in use.
* Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when on the rooftop.


Other things to note
* The fireplace is currently unavailable. Please use the mini-split AC unit for heating.
* This is a multi-level townhome and the guests have to be comfortable with climbing stairs(44 steps).
* We have one attached garage suitable for a mid-size car. Parking space is limited, so please ensure you are comfortable maneuvering in tight spaces. Street parking permits are available upon request. Please do not block any driveways.
* Pack n' play available per request.
* Extra pillows/linens available per request
* Security camera(Nest cam) is for exterior use only.
* A noise monitoring device is located inside the house. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations.
