Our only issue was the internet going out during our stay but SDVR was very responsive to the problem and we were able to work around it.

The house was wonderful! A nice size for a family gathering just 4 houses from the beach. Lots of beach chairs and stuff with a wagon too! Very nice furnishings. Beautiful views !

Second floor bathroom soap dispenser was empty when we arrived. The rugs in living room space and primary bedroom are curling up causing tripping hazard. The freezer door was frozen shut and could not access ice. Dishes left in dishwasher. Quick text responses. Easy communication. Great central location.

Our group of seven women (friends since high school) choose a pierpont area home almost every year, this year’s property was our favorite!!Beautiful home & furnishings. AMAZING kitchen, lovely & large great room.Lots of parking(highly unusual for this area) Nothing but praise! We will return!

We (five adults and one dog) came to Ventura for an event at the harbor and had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and excellently equipped, and the property management communication was timely and cheerful. Our event occupied most of our time but the morning beach walks and then coming back to relax at the end of the day were a treat and we'd absolutely come again.

This property was perfect for three families traveling with children of all ages. Everyone had a bed. The three-story configuration gave us room to spread out, while the main floor great room was ideal for everyone to gather for meals and games. We were close to the beach and restaurants, the house was immaculate, and we had plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc to make our stay fun and enjoyable. The house is well stocked and well maintained. The only things that our hosts could do to make our stay better would be: organizing the kitchen drawers and cabinets, and removing the plastic mattress protectors from the beds. The kitchen had everything we needed but we had to hunt for things. The plastic mattress covers left a few of us sweaty at night with no AC.

The house is great and in a great location. Beach is steps away from house. My sons were able to surf and fish from the shore. Restaurants and grocery store are a close walk. The pier is about a mile walk and there’s a nice park also about a mile away. The kitchen is well stocked. It has a crockpot, baking dishes, blender and a rice steamer. Plenty of dishes and silverware. The room across from the bedroom with twin beds is full size. I would suggest moving a larger bed to that room and the full size to the first floor. I would also suggest having a larger supply of toiletries. The products provided are what you receive at a hotel. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway and the garage can also fit a car. The house has a wagon and beach chairs (located in the garage) as well as beach towels. Our family had a wonderful time and made awesome memories. Thank you for sharing this house with others. We greatly appreciate it.

Appreciated the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of six adults. The proximity to the beach was the highlight. Nice neighbors too! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. I would have appreciated a little more attention to cleanliness, especially the coffee maker and refrigerator/freezer. The rugs were a tripping hazard & should be replaced. The edges are curling up in multiple locations. All in all, I would recommend this rental if you’re looking for a spacious house in a great location in Ventura.

The house was great, as was the location (steps from the beach, and a short walk from several coffee shops, a grocery store, and lots of good restaurants in easy walking/driving distance). Great family-friendly vacation spot.

Love this property! It is fantastic absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family reunion. Close to the beach. Lots of room , big kitchen, spacious living area. Whomever manages it responded immediately and they were very helpful . Highly recommend this property.

Great house/Great location

Beautiful house just a short walk from the beach. A few minor things weren’t working in the house but the owner was quick to communicate. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place

I stayed with five friends for four nights and really enjoyed the property. It was clean, the host was flexible with check in and out times, and it was the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation home.

Family Wedding

The house was amazing for our stay for a family wedding weekend. The location was perfect for a quick uber ride or walk to anyplace we wanted to go. Each bedroom was clean and comfortable! We also used the elevator to bring the luggage in. The cute outdoor space was a great spot for games and relaxing. We loved our stay in this beautiful house!!! Totally recommend this location!!!!
