This luxury villa offers a large private swimming pool and SPA with huge lanai. It provides all the amenities making your stay comfortable like a home away from home. It features a family room with two story high cathedral ceiling and a living room. There are two set of dining tables. Perfect for your big group.

The villa has two master en-suites (one is on the second floor and the other on the first floor) with two king size bed and its own large private bathroom, three additional queen bedrooms, three more guest rooms with twin beds, two roll-away beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 20 people. It is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.

High speed, wireless internet access, cable TV, free long-distance calls within US are available for your convenience. You can enjoy watching your favorite program on a large screen TV in an open 2-story family room or in your own comfortable bed (LCD TV in each bedroom).

A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare for a family feast or a quick snack. You and your family can enjoy your meal in the two dining tables seat up to 14 or at pool side patio set under the huge lanai. Baby equipment package including highchair, stroller and portable playpen are free for your use. BBQ Grill rental can be arranged before your arrival with a fee.

The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to guests. The 4,000 square foot club house has a fitness center, volleyball and tennis court, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, Video games room, together with children’s play area and Tikki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.
