About this property

Vacation by the beach and enjoy the private backyard pool. Pets considered, too.

Almost beach block! Exceptional location with easy access to the beach. Ocean views from both inside the house, and from the sun decks. A fenced in backyard with a heated pool. The pool area features plenty of sunny and shaded spots, and a cabana with a full size refrigerator for cold drinks. Off of the first floor foyer, there is a family room (sofa bed) with French doors if used as a 6th bedroom. Three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a single and queen, and one with two single beds) two hall bathrooms, and a utility room with a door to the outside shower and walkway to the pool complete this level. The second floor has an open great room with living/dining areas, and a modern kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to the front sun deck which is partially covered with an awning to create a comfortable outdoor living space. Wonderful views from deck, plus a natural gas grill. Past the hallway powder room, there is a spacious secondary master bedroom with a private bathroom (large walk in shower with grab bar). This room has a king bed, and a small sun deck. The new 3rd floor bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and small deck with incredible views! Cross Avalon Avenue and walk up the ramp to the boardwalk and beach access. There is a shaded pavilion adjacent to the beach. Owner will consider rental with 1 dog (with references).
