I was informed by the host that my check in would be pushed back by two hours do to “difficulties with cleaning” once I arrived to Charlotte at 7pm the host canceled my stay. Then later told me I could rebook the stay. But they raised the daily rate of the stay. Completely unprofessional and money hungry

We had a great stay. Apartment was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Owners were very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

The balcony view was stunning, and the property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The host was quick to respond to questions and provided plenty of helpful information ahead of time, which made everything easy. The only downside was the limited free/visitor parking nearby, but overall our stay was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!
