We loved our stay! The beach view was amazing, the condo was cozy, and our host was super welcoming. We had all the information we needed for a great stay, and our host checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I will definitely keep this property in mind if we come back!

We had a great time at this condo. The unit is well maintained, location is prime with so many restaurants and shops closeby. The view from the balcony is amazing. We had a great getaway, much needed.

What a beautiful condo. The ocean view is super nice. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It even had beach chairs and an umbrella. Our host communicated quickly when we had questions. We hope to be back again in the future.

Great Beach Stay

This place was clean with no issues during our stay. We were able to see dolphins swimming every morning from our balcony. The host was helpful and quick to reply to inquiries. We would stay at this unit again.

Perfect vacation!

Directly on the beach! Very clean! Had everything we needed. Pictures are up to date/exactly what room looked like. Washer/dryer in the room was a lifesaver! Owner was easy to communicate with/check in was a breeze! We saw dolphins in the water on our last evening!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Nice and clean. Really enjoyed how close to the beach it was. Pool was heated, plus for me. Close location to all the shops (Publix,target, Walgreens etc. ) The owner replied very quickly and answered every question I had. I would recommend this place.

Great Condo, Weird Beach Rules

Overall, the condo was great. Very clean with an easy check-in process. The listing was accurate, except for the “Arcade” shown in the pictures, which no longer really exists (just a few claw machines remain).The location was excellent. Our only real issue was with the private beach setup. A rental company places around 150 chairs on the beach each day, and if you don’t rent one, you’re required to set up behind them. This creates a crowded, restricted beach experience. The beach became much more enjoyable after the rental company packed up around 5pm. The listing did mention the private beach, but the extent of the chair situation wasn’t fully clear until we arrived.Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

As you mentioned, our listing provides information about the beach rental company and their rules. This set up is standard and applies to most resorts in Destin area. We have no way of knowing or controlling how crowded it will be and how many chairs they will set up. We strive to provide excellent service to our guests; therefore, we provide beach chairs and umbrella for our guests who don’t want to pay the beach service company.

The condo was more than spacious enough for my husband and myself, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! In addition to the two big pools and hot tub, it was nice to have a restaurant and a tiki bar on-site as well. We also had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels at our disposal, so we didn’t have to reserve chair and umbrella service. It would have been nice to know in advance, though, that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the condo. We assumed that there would be toiletries, so we didn’t bring any with us. We had to go out and buy some. The toilet paper and paper towels that were provided were very thin and cheap as well. Other than those minor inconveniences, we absolutely loved our stay!
