Great location in Santa Monica. Very short block walk to beach and about the same distance to Main st with restaurants. Absolutely loved that the house came with bikes, we loved biking the beach path. Inside of the home has everything you need and beds were very comfortable.

Everything was just as pictured. The house was clean and well stocked. One block away from the beach and about an 15 minute walk to the pier. Also a block from Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Our favorite restaurant was Shoops. Delicious and so friendly! The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to our every need. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Santa Monica.

The perfect place to stay in Santa Monica. The house was incredibly clean & well taken care of. Blocks from a great beach and walking distance to restaurants and a small grocery store. We traveled with kids and the house is great for families and offers bikes, sand toys, beach chairs to make beach trips really easy. Plus, the hosts were quick and helpful communicators. Cannot recommend this place more.

We loved the house, it was perfect size for our group of 5, and had great amenities; including roof top deck and pool table. Location is amazing. 2 minute walk to coffee shops, and the boardwalk/beach. House was clean, communication with host was fantastic. If we're back in Santa Monica, we're definitely staying there!

Perfect location and beautiful home with superb communication with the host and property manager!

We hope to return to this lovely spot, close to beach restaurants and shops. The home has a stunning design, immaculately clean, and Olga was communicative and responsive when needed.

Great Stay Near the Beach

The house is comfortable, well stocked and very well located. There is a bit of street noise on the side of the house that faces a busy road, but it wasn’t a big issue. Walking distance not only to the beach but to many shops and restaurants on Main St!

Highly Recommend!

Loved this home, fun and unique floor plan, great location, and clean. Appreciated the home tour when we arrived and the easy communication. We could easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the beach and the pier! Would stay here again if we’re back in the area.

So happy with this property. Unique floor plan, lots of light, very clean, great location! Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to stay again. Cherry on top was a lovely community garden across the street.
