Very much enjoyed this rental for our large extended family. It had everything we needed, including plenty of dishes and utensils. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! All the bedrooms were great. There was plenty of shared space to hang out together. Thanks for a great vacation experience!

The house was a great place for our family to gather for vacation. The bedrooms worked out great, good rooms for everyone. The pool was nice, not big but the children loved it. The outside seating area was comfortable. The golf cart worked out nice to go to the beach and run around the area. Publix & WM are relatively close if you need to shop. Great location.Ok, now for the concerns of the house, the kitchen was small for cooking for 16 people compared to what I am used to. Definitely would recommend it for a group.

We loved the house, it’s beautiful. It had plenty of room for everyone. They also had a countertop ice maker which came in handy for a big group of people. We also enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and golf cart.

Incredibly Beautiful Property for One Big Beautiful Family Vacation

This house was an absolute dream! Immaculate and spacious! We had 7 families for a total of 26 people for our Annual Family Vacation. It was perfect for all age groups. The kids enjoyed the pool, the young adults enjoyed the game room and the much older adults still had places on the balcony to sit enjoy some quiet time. I highly recommend this property for big families and big fun!

This place has everything! Was beautifully equipped to handle all of us! The only thing the kitchen lacked was a pizza cutter! It even had a pack and play and a great high chair for our 2 year old! The pool was wonderful and it was just perfect for us! Only thing I’d wish for was an earlier check-in time… maybe 3:00pm! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing home! Fully stocked!

We just stayed a few nights but couldn’t be more impressed with this home and setup. We didn’t have enough guests to fill it up, but there is so much space! The pool and spa are amazing and the fire pit adds an extra layer of relaxation in the evenings. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and the bedding is sooooo comfortable. The owners spared no expense for comfort here. I can’t wait to come back with a bigger group!!

Overall, our trip was amazing and the house was lovely. However, there were a couple little things we noted during our stay. If you turn the heat up on the hot tub it also turns the heat on in the pool. The older adults wanted to enjoy the hot tub while the kids wanted to enjoy the pool, but no one wants a pool to be hot when it’s hot outside. Under the beds and other furniture wasn’t the cleanest. There was a counter icemaker that was full of mold that we simply just unplugged and let the property management know. The carriage house rolling window was broken & wouldn’t roll down (property management knew ahead of time but didn’t inform us till we asked) so there was only a door chair lock securing that area till our last day which made us nervous. It would’ve been nice to have a hose outdoor to spray off beach toys as you come in to prevent sand from being tracked to the pool area. Lastly, adding a layout of the house so you can have room assignments prior to arrival would have been helpful. The third floor is two king bedrooms. Also some of the beds listed as queen I’m pretty for sure only full - the carriage house beds seem tiny. The golf cart was awesome for beach transport )
