This property had everything we needed for a wonderful month in Cape Coral. The property was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and situated away from traffic. The host was great to work with. We would stay again in the future.

We lived this property the kitchen was fully equipped blender toaster among other things the pool was amazing lots of chairs and some down on the dock very nice. There was lots of beach chairs and a couple of coolers we used when we went to the beach for the day. The host was very good to communicate with we had no problems with the house at all

Outstanding home in a great location. Very spacious house with a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The weather turned chilly so we didn’t have much opportunity to use the pool, but were able to spend a lot of time in the lanai. The only thing better than the house and its location was our interaction with the thoughtful owner. He was very easily contacted with any issues and even was proactive in checking in with us.

Relaxation accomplished

Beautiful property- thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and came with everything you could need for a vacation. Spent most of our time outdoors in the pool or fishing in the canal out back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home

This is our third year renting this property. So many positives here that make our stay so enjoyable! This home is large, clean, beds are so comfy and the huge lanai is where you will spend most of your time.

This home is immaculate. It has every amenity you would ever need. It is roomy with a beautiful pool and dock and such comfy furnitureMike, the owner is accessible all the time for any problem. Great house

Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay! This house has everything you could need. These wonderful hosts thought of everything and the communication with them was so easy. We loved the heated pool and the whole lanai area! The weather wasn’t the best for us so it was so nice to spend time in the heated pool. The hosts are so kind, nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. House is at the end of a quiet street but convenient to grocery store (you can walk if you don’t have too much to carry). The house is spacious and stocked with anything you might need. Home was very clean upon arrival. Pool and lanai were our favorite part, with plenty of furniture and a fireplace. Owner (Mike) was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay

This house was the first house we stayed at where the pictures match perfectly what the house looks like! The house was so clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very organized. The backyard was amazing! My son loved coming back after his baseball games and being able to jump right into the pool or fish off the pier. Loved the beach chairs and the umbrellas in the garage that we used for the beach. If we come back to the area we will be staying here again!

Great Value in Cape Coral

Stayed for 2 weeks with my sister in law and her husband. We’re all retired and appreciate homes with a walk in shower….this one has two. It’s an older home but has been kept up well with newer appliances and a well stocked kitchen for making meals at home. Outside area has plenty of seating with a table for meals or playing cards which we used a lot.

Perfection in a House

Amazing! The house looks just like the pictures and it was perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook when we wanted too. The pool felt amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this house. 10/10 highly recommend. Would definitely stay again if visiting Cape Coral again.
