Nestled in the highly sought-after Cove Drive area of Boulder Bay, this charming A-frame cabin offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, The spacious living area features a river rock fireplace with a cozy wood-burning stove, perfect for chilly nights, and an inviting dining space. Step outside to the expansive, multi-leveled rear deck, freshly stained and painted for outdoor entertaining or simply relaxing while enjoying the view.

Check-In:
Welcome to your A-Chalet property! Please ensure you complete the welcome submission form before your arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pets:
We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $75 pet fee per stay. To keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests, please:
• Keep dogs off furniture and beds.
• Crate dogs if you leave them unattended on the property.
• Ensure dogs are always on a leash when outside and close by to avoid any incidents.
Please pickup after your dog.

Trash Disposal:
• Bagged Trash: All trash must be securely bagged and disposed of offsite at one of the designated free trash sites:
• Clean Bear Site #1: 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
• Clean Bear Site #2: 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
• Fee for Non-Compliance: A $65 fee will be charged per trash bag left behind.

Fireplace Usage:
A complimentary bundle of firewood is provided per stay. For safety:
• Ensure fireplace door remains closed at all times.
• Set the ring flute to the left and pull out

Kitchen Cleanup:
We kindly ask that you clean the kitchen after meals. This includes rinsing and placing dishes in the dishwasher. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.

BBQ Use:
Please enjoy the outdoor grill but ensure:
• The grill is cleaned after each use.
• The propane tank valve is turned off after use.
• Failure to clean the grill or refill propane may result in a $100 fee.

Thermostat Settings:
Set the thermostat to your desired temperature during your stay. Before checkout, kindly set it back to 65° to conserve energy.

Spa Guidelines:
For a safe and enjoyable spa experience:
• Rinse off before using the spa to prevent oil and makeup build-up.
• Return the spa to 100° after use.
• If the water becomes murky, a $175 fee will be charged for a dump and refill.
• Ensure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly when not in use.

My family and I spent 5 nights at this property and it was better than advertised. It appears to have been newly renovated, and done quite well. It was well stocked, amazing views and a quiet neighborhood. My family and I will for sure be back!The only thing this place needs is a few more towels. Other than that, perfect.

Over the years we have stayed in Big bear with our own small children to now our grandchildren and this stay was the best experience we have had.. A beautiful location near the lake. The home had all basic needs covered (towels, plates, pans, seasonings, cutlery, etc) and was very fun to stay at. Only issues I faced was the checking in process and trying to communicate with the host. I had messaged a question and was not responded to about one of the amenities. And the directions for the check in process seemed to be a bit conflicting (for example in the written directions I was told to call to confirm and get the code 3 hours before arrival, and then was told after I called to call back when I'm 1 hour within check in time instead). Otherwise, it was a lovely home and made many fun memories with my friends!

Family Time

The property was very clean and the people in the neighborhood were very friendly. I enjoyed our stay very much. The only things I would say is the loft was very warm, but I let Chris know and he had someone out there asap. Luckily there was a nice rain and everything was very cool after that. The only other thing that was not comfortable for me was to access the lake/docks you had to go onto somone elses property. There were signs saying that we could just walk to the lake, but to not play in the grass on the neighbors property, I had my grandchildren so we did not really go down to the water. Over all very nice place.

Well appointed and comfortable

The house is nicely appointed and very comfortable. The view is beautiful. We were stranded for our stay due to a snowstorm and couldn't do much else. The rental is spacious and has activities like darts, shuffleboard, an arcade game etc. When you come in you reach a game room with half bath, big TV and shuffleboard table. You go down a half flight of stairs into the A-frame part of the house with beautiful view, fireplace, living room and kitchen. To the right is a full bath and two bedrooms. Our kids really liked the set up with the bunkbeds. Near the kitchen you take a flight of stairs up to the main bedroom with full bath and small balcony. You also have a spacious loft with a view out the A-frame and a "hidden cubby" that is great for fort building :-) Kitchen is well equipped and most cooking utensils appeared to be near new.
