Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining & living rooms, bathroom, laundry & one off-street car park. Additional street parking runs parallel to the front of the building.
The courtyard area has a water fountain, tropical plants & bistro tables for your outdoor enjoyment. East Beach is 1/2 block ~ plan on walking. Beach chairs & towels provided.
We are located, within walking distance to local restaurants, Santa Barbara’s best beaches, museums, SB Zoo, aquarium, Funk Zone, Montecito, & parks. Pet Friendly. Minimum 27 age requirement. All adult guest’s must provide government issued ID at time of booking & sign/return Booking Agreement

Why they chose this property
The place is located at East Beach which is the nicest beach in Santa Barbara. It has year around volleyball nets set up on the beach and a great restaurant on the beach. (one of only two great ones on the beach in SB.)There are several other great restaurants within a few minutes walking.
