1 King size bed in master bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in second bedroom. First and second bedrooms both have full ensuites. 2 Twin Beds in 3rd bedroom. 3rd bathroom is directly across from 3rd bedroom. Sleeps six adults.Flat Screen TVs in all bedrooms. Large flat screen TV in living room. Heated Pool and Hot Tub. Pool Table in games room, Excellent Gym. All linens and bedding included. Also full kitchen with all cooking utensils.If you like to cook in we have everything.Ocean view from every window.

Daytona Family Vacation

We had a wonderful trip. The condo was super nice and clean. Great location on the beach. Nice and quiet area and the pool was never crowded. I do recommend two sets of pool keys and a keyless entry to the pool. Also, I recommend keyless entry to condo door. This would prevent having to go to a different location to pickup the keys and having to drop the keys back off at check out. But overall a great stay!

Very spacious and nice condo!

Had a last minute trip to Daytona and was able to book this huge 3 bedroom right on the beach. It was a great place, plenty of room and very easy in and out, loved the underground parking. My only concern is that the listing showed a pool and jacuzzi but when we arrived we were sad to see it was not operational. This would have definitely impacted my decision to stay here and I feel something as important as this should be clearly stated in the listing. Other than that is was a great trip. Thanks!

Great communication with Tom! The listing was spot-on. The ocean front view was great and the patio was ok, just wish it had been a little larger. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was so helpful, as we were able to wash/dry all the bath towels before we left. Overall a great trip!

Great getaway

We really enjoyed the stay. Condo was very nice. The only issue was the parking situation. It would have been nice to have two guaranteed parking spaces per unit. We did have an issue with the air conditioner, but this was taken care. Great location and accommodations.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in 404. This is our second year at second condo at Opus. We really like the lay out of the condos, especially 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils, plus plenty of linens. The owner was just an email away to help with questions or concerns. We look forward to next year’s stay!

Stayed in this condo with another couple. It is spacious so we all felt we had our privacy. Beds are tremendously comfy and each room has an ocean view. (Amazing sunrises!) great location - so much to do. Stores and restaurants close by. In spite of the happening area, all is restful and quiet in the condo. Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot. Will definitely return.
