The Oregon beach cabin is a couple of minutes from a quiet beach.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished cabin that sleeps up to 6 guests. There are two decks with a grill on the back deck.

Three bedrooms with queen-size mattresses in each room, and one room has two twins in it. The living room has a propane gas insert stove with supplemental cadets in the bedrooms and kitchen. The dining area seats 6 guests, and the kitchen is equipped with everything (no dishwasher) and coffee provided too. There is an internet connection, and use a WiFi connection on your cell phone provider for phone service. There are plenty of games and puzzles.
Pacific City is two miles away with a grocery store and plenty of restaurants to try out.

The location of the house was perfect. We took so many walks right out on to the beach. The hosts had beach chairs, toys, towels, boogie and skim boards for us to use. The beds were plush and so comfortable. We cooked every morning in the great sized kitchen. And grilled some tasty dinners out on the best sized back patio deck. There were board games and cards for the kids and us to play. The host made sure we had every comfort amd really cared that we had a great experience. We will be back!

This was our first VRBO experience as a family, so we were really excited. The house was very clean, there were tons of board games we played in the evening...the beds were so comfortable...and the beach was just a couple minutes away down the dead end road. The only thing I'd like to mention is that was a little "meh" was how close the neighbors are - we had to close the blinds because they were literally looking into the living room and dining area while they were sitting on their front porch lol...that and the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, at the back of the house past the living room and kitchen. Not a deal breaker, though! I typically go to bed before my husband and son and I didn't hear a peep from the tv, so I especially appreciated how insulated the house is. :)We will definitely be back!!

Yes, many of the houses in Tierra Del Mar (TDM) are very close to each other because that was how the community was designed. We try to make the beach experience as positive as possible by providing up/down shades to block out views to the living room. We look forward to your next visit and glad you enjoyed your stay.

The home is beautiful and in immaculate condition. Everything is organized and neatly laid out. The neighborhood is quaint and the 30 second walk to the beach is great. Host was friendly and communicative. This is definitely a hidden gem. Highly recommend.

Quite place to unwind

Our group chose Sandtime because of the closeness to the beach and the fact we could bring our dog along. Jeff was very accommodating to our group and made the whole stay very pleasant. The house is very quaint and enjoyable to stay in. Before you reserve, I would like to mention, there is no cell service, phone in the house, and no wifi. We quite enjoyed that fact, as it allowed every one in our group to unwind and truly enjoy the vacation we were on.

Wonderful little place to stay when you want quiet and beach time.

This is a clean, nice place with close access to a quiet clean beach. Quick drive to Pelican Pub and a few other good restaurants in Pacific City. Enjoy!

Perfect location! Great place for dogs and family!

We loved our stay at Sandtime! 30 seconds from the beach and our dogs were even welcomed! It was fresh and clean with all the amenities of home. Will definitely be returning!

Amazing Eclipse At Sandtime

A few of our friends headed down to Sandtime to watch the 2017 eclipse. We could not have found a better spot! Not only was the house located a few minutes from the beach, but it was a quaint place to return back to!
