The "host" was amazing...this company was top notch when it came to communication. Fast and so helpful! The place itself was perfect with all three bedrooms having king beds and full baths! LOVE the walking down King Street...1.8 miles to the water and perfect scenery!

The unit is beautiful and the common area had plenty of space for all of us to visit! Beds were comfy. Kitchen well appointed, the the location is chef’s kiss! It was perfect! The driveway is very skinny. The listing calls for a small to medium size vehicle and that is definitely important and only one vehicle has parking for the whole unit.

We loved this place! There was some construction going on in the lot next to the house, but the host is very up front about that in the description. It also is a little loud when people are walking by on the street, but the sound machine helped. I loved that we did not have to strip the beds and do a million things upon departure. It was so slick! The hosts were super accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend this place with confidence.

Had to wash glasses and dishes before we used them. Back bedroom was very cold but that's because of the gap in the door. Will be staying at 1 King next time
