What sets our vacation rental apart is that we are the only large home in downtown Edmonds with both a water view and quiet setting. Our peaceful, treetop home is at the end of a very quiet street. It’s perfect for relaxing, sunsets, ferry watching, and listening to the adjacent creek and birds. Plus just 2 blocks away is the quaint, yet vibrant town of Edmonds where you’ll find fabulous restaurants, shops, parks & beaches. Coming for the Fifa World Cup Soccer tournament? A 10 min. walk to the Sound Transit Train drops you off at the Stadium so you can avoid traffic & parking!

Laura's home is delightful and exactly as described in the listing. I had some problems with the VRBO app, and Laura went out of her way to help me solve them. The house is immaculate.The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The bedrooms are very comfortable. All instructions are clear and easy to follow. The views of the water and mountains are absolutely lovely. Downtown Edmonds is an easy walk, and full of great shops and restaurants. And Seattle is of course an easy drive away. I would absolutely love to visit this home again sometime.

We lived in our Edmonds home full time for 8 yrs before we needed to make a move for a few years. We absolutely love being up in the trees, the views of the water, ferry, mountains and the beautiful sunsets. We also love how quiet it is at our Edmonds home and exploring down by the creek.

Why they chose this property

We have the best of both worlds at our Edmonds home. Its quiet and serene yet we can walk 2 blocks and were at the edge of town. We have 2 wonderful parks with playgrounds, walking paths, and a skate park 2 blocks away, the summer farmers market 3 blocks away and the water 8 blocks away.

What makes this property unique

Our home really is unique as it is one of very few homes in town with a beautiful view of the water and ferry yet it feels and sounds like you're in the woods. We watch eagles, osprey and heron fly up from the water to land in our tree tops next to the house. We see resident racoon families who live & find food at the creek. We just love the nature that surrounds our home.
