This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or week at the beach. Small complex only 14 units, two story. Great location for the Florida beach community lifestyle. Condo has two wonderful courtyards for relaxing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, within walking distance to pier, restaurants and activities.
