Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor.
- Please gather all trash in one large bag and place it outside in of the trashcans.
- Please wash used dishes and place it on drying rack.
- Please put all the remote controls back together on the center table.
- Please do not leave any open food or drinks anywhere in the house.
- Please set the thermostat setting to Cool 74 degrees.
- Please ensure all the lights and fans are turned off.
- If you use the pool key. Please place the pool key back on the key holder located at the front entrance. Lost key $50 fine paid to the HOA.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
