Great location from Disney and the kids loved all of the decorations in the house. The pool was cool and enjoyed the hot tub. When we first got there upstairs in the bathrooms there were two long pieces of black hair in the showers.

This VRBO was great! The price was absolutely awesome for the size of the home we needed. The house was clean and in a perfect location for our activities. The bonus was that the beds were comfy!

This was such a wonderful experience! We stayed here for a conference and it was very convenient to everything. The only con I will say is that it is an older townhome, so some things need to be updated, but overall it definitely served our purpose while we were there. Our host was very sweet and communicated fast!

CleanlinessI stayed for about a week upon arrival it is a habit that we wipe and clean all high touch areas, light switches, door knobs, remotes, bathroom handles. The wipes were black or green in every room! All of these were extreme dirty and there was scum on the bathroom faucets and shower heads. We found an old water bottle under the kids bed along with an empty coca-cola bottle in one of the bedroom drawer.There is mold in the air vent and my son that slept on top left bunk under the air vent got sick from exposure. I am also allergic to mold and dust mites and something in the house caused me to have to go buy allergy medicine to survive. I do not think a thorough clean is done after every guest visit.MaintenanceThe 3rd bedroom next to the kids room closet was broken so we couldn’t use that closet after it fell on my mother when she tried to open it to put her suitcase inside. There are not enough remotes nor remotes that match with the TV Roku. When we arrived the kids bedroom window was open and was a pain to try to get closed. The bunk beds are very unstable my kids were scared to sleep in them. You could hear every movement and the beds constantly squeaked. No water to the fridge so no ice, but the water is HARD and taste like pool water.SuppliesThere was only one extra trash bag and one paper towel roll, but no extras of anything.Access There is no garage parkingThe garage is a game room for the kids and there is a sign stating that it does not work

Not Recommendable

The beds were comfortable with wrong size of bed linens. Owner is responsive but there is just too many things that need upkeep inside the townhouse and also the community complex to comment.

Amazing

The townhouse was close to so many places..Publix, dining, etc. Communication was quick even before the actual stay. It was conveniently located close to Orlando and Tampa, which was perfect as we were doing Seaworld, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens. We even took a day for Bok Towers since the drive wasnt that far. Highly recommend!
