We do not want multiple households staying in the home and viewing this home as one where excessive drinking and parties are held and generating complaints from neighbors.

Very peaceful subdivision with lakes close by. Within 7 miles of Disney and near many other attractions. Unlike other homes the homes are built on larger lots affording more privacy.
