Welcome to our home located on the Pinewood Country Estates community, we are centrally located in Orlando, Florida. We invite you to come and relax in our fully, enclosed pool and spa, we also have a newly refurbished fully functional and very well equipped games room. The home consists of 4 large bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms all beautifully decorated. This is not a business run property this is our home so as you can imagine we take great care of our home and leave nothing to chance, we want you to have a relaxing and memorable experience and enjoy all that Florida has to offer. We are close enough to enjoy the magic that is Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and all the other fantastic attractions but far enough away so when the end of the day comes you can go home and relax in the peace and quiet of your own home. It is our sole aim to help you have such a fantastic stay, whether you are 5 or 55 you will feel so at home in our home you won't want to leave!

Great property, loved the stay!

Property was just what we wanted, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area outside needs a little work but doesnt take anything away from enjoying the pool! would stay again

Perfect place for Disney

Great place situated 20mins from Disney. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The owner was great with a small issue we had and was resolved within the day.

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this villa. It is close enough to Disney to enjoy the magic and far enough away to be able to unwind and enjoy what Florida has to offer. The villa is well kept and exactly what we were looking forward. The owner was attentive and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

Loved the pool and pool table

Lovely house. We had trouble with pool heat at first but communication was good so soon sorted it and it was lovely. Location close to I4 but we hit traffic every day (not sure if unlucky) Big house with lots of entertainment included so great stay. Only critisim is you need a new frying pan, handle V wobbly on this one. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great villa

Great home in a really quiet neighbourhood Large rooms well equipped kitchen with all appliances Bedrooms could do with curtains especially the master bedroom Loved the pool area with it been fully enclosed Used the games room but could with a bit of T L C especially the air hockey table and the pool table The villa is in a good location close to the I4 and all the parks one way and the other way the 192 for all the restaurants Publix supermarket and other shops and restaurants also near by at champions gate Overall nice villa would recommend

Great villa in a fantastic location

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday in this lovely villa. The booking process was really easy and Lee was very helpful. The villa has everything you could want. The pool is brilliant and my little boy absolutely loved the games room. It’s in a great location, near to the Disney Parks. There is a Publix supermarket and Papa Johns pizza takeaway only a few miles away, with the shops and restaurants of Champions Gate only about 5 miles away. We are already thinking about returning next year!

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location and owners couldn't be more helpful!

We were getting married during our holiday to Florida and wanted to stay somewhere nice and spacious and we were not disappointed! From initially enquiring about the villa right through to actually staying in it, the owners could not have been nicer or more helpful! Having never booked a villa before we were a little apprehensive but we were quickly put at ease. Lee and Nicola made the whole booking process very simple and smooth and quickly answered any questions we had in the lead up to our holiday. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities you could need. The pool was fantastic and had the sun on it most of the day! The home is in a lovely, quiet area and we always felt safe. My new husband and I have zero complaints about this home and would highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

100% really nice

Arrive at the house what a place. Really nice looking with all modern fixtures and fitting that you'd need and the added bonus of a games room in the garage. The bedrooms are lovely and have lots of room in them with exception to the master it's massive. The open plan living room and kitchen are lovely. The pool and spa area is a lovely place to sit and watch the sun come up or down with enough room to keep kids entertained all day long. The house is situated in a very good location for all Disney parks, Sea world, Water parks, Fun parks and shopping centres. If it's the beach and sea you want your in between the West and East coast so take your pick of lovely sandy relaxing places to visit. All in all this is our first holiday to Florida and what a lovely time we've had. Thank you.

Could have been better

I believe in being honest. The Villa its self was fantastic, and in a great location. A couple of things we had to endure whilst we where there. Upon arrival at the Villa, we was unable to enter the Villa for the first 40 min due to the code being changed, had to call UK to get correct code. The spar is not really usable due to the jets being broken and the water just being blown over the top of the pool. By the end of the first week we did not have any Wi fi for a couple of days and no cable Tv for the rest of our stay. This was reported to the Villa Management, but unfortunately not acted on as one would have expected. I`m not being picky or petty minded, just being Honest. Would i use this Villa again? Most definitely, as i said it is a Fantastic Villa in a Great location......the Bed in the Master Bedroom is AAWWSome.

Easter 2016 - highly recommend!

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday in this villa. The description of the villa from this site was completely accurate, the villa was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was available and the management company responded immediately to any matters needing attention. Communication with the owner prior to and after our holiday was excellent. The villa is within easy reach of Orlando International Airport, the Disney/Universal Parks are close by and their are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the local area. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Disney trip

We stayed at this property with friends to spend 2 days at the Disney parks. Would have been a 20min car ride but traffic 1 day made for a 45 min car ride to the parks. Only would suggest pressure washing pool area, fix up landscaping. Backyard was kind of an eye sore. Kids loved the heated pool as it was a chilly week. Overall was a great stay and good communication with owner.

Best part of our vacation!

After long days of parks and sightseeing, it was wonderful to go "home" to a lovely, clean, house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating allowing an extended stay. The neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely stay again. The only issue was that in order to have the pool/spa heated, it needed to be requested in advance which we were unaware of until the pool guy told us.

The upkeep of the pool was rather disappointing. It was dirty and not cleaned. Not sure if chemicals were added. We paired to heat it, but could not go in because the pool was dirty. The home itself was okay. Needed some updating.

Corners Cut Everywhere, Avoid

I have never left anything but a 5 star review on VRBO, but this experience doesn't deserve it. First, the property manager and host are non responsive to anything. Upon arrival the Wifi didn't exist, we called the number on the account and were told that the wifi was changed, but we weren't updated. We walked outside to find the spa TOTALLY empty. We arrived late in the evening to find the house has ZERO soaps. We were left on a plate 2 dishwasher pods and one garbage bag. We couldn't even wash our hands or shower. There were some partial bottles of soap we found under the sink. The ironing board was badly damaged, completely unusable with giant burn holes. The coffee maker was stained/damaged and likely 30 years old. There were ZERO baking sheets for making breakfast. Everything would have been fine if the host fixed items. i promptly sent photos to the host who apologized and said they would get back to me right away with fixes and the missing items. Nothing, not a single word the rest of the stay. Nothing arrived, i figure they cut their losses. The phone number for the property manager went unanswered on 4 attempted calls. The house was clean, but i would urge everyone to avoid it, the host appears to be overseas and the house is BAREBONE, everywhere they could save a few bucks they did. We arrived and spent more than $60 on toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, laundry pods, garbage bags and more.

Family Vacation

This is an ideal spot for family. Close to stores, restaurants and not far from major attractions. We all enjoyed the game room, pool & spa. Host was very attentive to all questions we had. For example, we could not operate tvs in 2 of the rooms upon arrival. Went out to enjoy the attractions only to return and find tvs operable. Will definitely recommend this place!!

Be careful

Property and location were wonderful, loved the pool and game room. Kitchen and linens well stocked and clean, everything worked properly. Very lovely house. However, the owner did not send door code on time and resulted in us having to stay in a hotel first night, he has yet to refund for one night. Additionally, he charged us for "damages" that we did not do with absolutely zero communication regarding the issue. The place was great but be careful of this owner!

We are a young family from Berkshire, we have lived in our current house for 11 years. We have 3 daughters ageing 21, 16 and 5 years old. We enjoy having family holidays together and get the quality time that we need as a family. We are an everyday working couple, who like to become big kids when we get time to relax. We enjoy taking the kids out for day whether it be to a theme park, cinema or just a long dog walk.

Why they chose this property

We had visited Florida on a few occasions before hand and have loved every time that we have gone, we had enjoyed going to the theme parks as well as the relaxing days by they pool. We enjoyed it that much that we started looking for a property in the early months of 2012. We found this house on a visit to Florida and fell in love with it, it was like walking into our home back in the UK. The location of the property is close enough for all who visit to spend them long days in the Disney Magic / Florida attractions to just wanting to relax by the pool for the day and unwind. Since we having the property we have visited a couple of times to ensure that as we remember it.

What makes this property unique

Whilst staying at the property you can be the big kid that you always want to be, from jumping into the pool or playing games in the games room. Whilst entertainment outside the villa keeps the big kid inside you even more enjoying the magic that Disney has around to the thrills of Rollercoaster in Harry Potter land at Universal.
Our property is within driving distance of all local amenities that you may require whilst you are on your holiday, from supermarkets to outlet villages.
