The house was perfect for what we were there for. Pool table, Large TV, hot tub Was hot and clean. Lake in walking distance and clean backyard with beautiful trees. Towels galore and large beds. A wonderful place!

The communication was great and checkin process smooth! We found that the cleaning was not as good as we had hoped as many areas were dusty, the carpets looked dirty, and we found bits of trash and old food around the couch. The grounds were overgrown with weeds. The property could use some more updating, and I would encourage the hosts to find a new cleaner and groundskeeper.
