Vintage Model - 2BR/2BA - 1245 sq. ft. FUN FUN FUN!!! This brightly colored contemporary unit is a renter's favorite. Located on a lush greenbelt and right next to the pool, this home is East facing for plenty of a.m. sunshine. The double extended patio has a gas BBQ grill and is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The living room is furnished with lovely furniture and has a large 55" flat screen TV. Master suite is furnished with a king size bed, walk in closet and brightly painted private bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and walk in closet. High Speed Wireless Internet is includes.
