Condo has a full kitchen/dining area, and a comfortable living room with vaulted ceilings. Short walk across the lawn to one of 18 shared pool/spas in the complex. Walk to clubhouse, tennis and premier pickleball. Public golf course. Pickleball and tennis memberships available. Close to Living Desert, El Paseo shopping and restaurants with on-site dining options. Work remote with desk and printer. Air conditioned garage has space for one car and has bikes, racquet sport gear, lawn games, children's games, toys and gear, and an extra refrigerator.
