We had a wonderful stay at this cute house which was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool (which we heated) and the patio was the best. Highly recommend! The baby high chair and porta crib really really helped as we had our 5 month old grandson. Lots of extras and just a good place to stay.

Perfect Orlando stay! We had the best time at this villa with our group of six adults - so handy having three bathrooms & three spacious double bedrooms. The pool was absolutely perfect and the ultimate way to unwind after long days at the parks. The owner Peo was super efficient and great at communicating the whole time. We’ll definitely be back!

Great beds and the pool was a hit! Large table for bigger families, and lots of windows. It is important to note there are no bath tubs if you are needing them. However the showers are huge and have great water pressure. There was bath sheet as well as regular towels provided which was an unexpected bonus. Would recommend for families!

A fantastic villa with everything you need during your stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the furniture and appliances were modern. The kitchen was full of everything you need including a kettle, which a lot of American owned villas don’t. The bedrooms were roomy with a big double bed in the two main bedrooms. All the bathrooms had great showers, and there were plenty of towels. The main living area was spacious with a good dining area and a breakfast bar. All the furniture was comfortable and a nice sized TV. The pool area had plenty of furniture and with a good size pool. Southern Dunes is a nice and peaceful community with an excellent golf course plus plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Booking was easy and simple and dealing with the owner was a pleasure. A 10 out of 10 villa, we would definitely stay in again!

This place has everything you need! We loved the pool and watching the golfers all day. It is perfectly located and such a great place for a get a way! We ran into one issue with the pool not being heated the first and second day when we paid for it but the owner quickly fixed it for us and we were up and running the following day. Other than that it was a perfect experience!

The location of this house was perfect for what we needed. The pool was clean, but I recommend heating it. The owner was available for every need and was easy to reach. The shopping and restaurants were easy to get to and there is a Walmart and Grocery Store right as you enter for convenience. We cooked at home while we were there and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. Again, it was a perfect location. We even went to some garage sales while we were there.

Our host Peo was prompt in responding to questions and addressed issues within hours.Also, the overall environment with the lanai and pool, while overlooking the golf course, was very welcoming. Felt so nice in the pool after each day’s physical activities.

Enjoyed pool , got cloudy but manager responded quickly and cleared it . Very roomy in house , does need furniture upgrades in living room and new clean cushions on pool furniture. Kitchen faucet continually leaks and dishwasher needs work. Had to repair bikes before we were able to use them , new tire and an air pump took care of it . Neighbors garbage was overflowing when we got there and still when we left not a nice sight to be greeted by. Thank you for sharing with us . Great location with Walmart and dollar store within walking distance .

We absolutely loved this house. Has everything that you need. Back yard is on a beautiful golf course and pool in the backyard. The pool was so clean and had great lighting. The house was very spacious. Peo contacted me back right away with any questions I had. The whole process was wonderful. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Great layout and pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very well equipped and we loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for the 6 adults we had plus an infant. It was fun staying on the golf course!

Baseball Tournament

The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We were in town for our son's baseball tournament. The location was great and the pool was relaxing after a hot day at the fields. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Family birthday!

The house is amazing! The lanai and pool area is so comfortable and beautiful! The kitchen is well equipped! We had a wonderful weekend with our son!
