This home has an exceptional waterfront view in the highly desirable gated community in Rancho Mirage California. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Attached casita. Saltwater pool with grotto, waterfall & spa. BBQ. Fire pit. Seasonal bookings include utilities up to $300mo and wireless Internet. 1 closet in primary bedroom suite will be locked off as owners closet. Owners will also consider annual lease terms. HOA fees, landscape maintenance, pool & spa maintenance + trash service are included regardless. Tesla charging station in 2 car garage. This home is on the largest lot in the community and is located on a cul de sac.
