This home is absolutely gorgeous. I hosted my family there for my son’s wedding, and it was so perfect and lovely. My son and his fiancée, and her Maid of honor and boyfriend stayed in the carriage house, so they were close to us but still had their own space. We had a lovely rehearsal dinner outside on the porch, and it was spectacular. The gardens and the pool are beautiful, The kitchen is well-appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The bicycles are top-of-the-line. EVERYTHING was impeccable!On top of everything, the owner, the house manager, and housekeeping staff were all very accessible, hospitable, and completely supportive of our needs.I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in this beautiful home.We did not want to ever leave!

Amazing property

We had a great time at this amazing property. So well designed and so much fun! We loved watching the hockey playoffs in the theatre and relaxing outside by the pool. Michael was amazing to work with and so accommodating. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Fabulous Nantucket stunner

This was our first trip to Nantucket and we found this to be the perfect place for our extended family. Eight bedrooms, which included two in the separate guest cottage and a wonderful bunk room for the grand kids with multiple bunk in a fun arrangement. An amazing game room with an eight seat movie theater room hidden behind a concealed book case door. The home is beautifully furnished and the grounds are lovingly cared for with gorgeous flowers everywhere. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15-20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants down by the harbor. Michael, the property manager, was easily accessible and very helpful. Without question this is our favorite home from among the many great places we’ve stayed!

The best week of my life!!!

We used this home for our intimate wedding ceremony. The home, property manager, housekeepers, and owner were all great. Easy to contact if anything came up (quick questions about where things were located, etc.) The property is even better in person. It is stocked well for large groups, and the layout accommodates people of all ages. It is not only beautiful to look at, but functional. We had an absolute blast in the pool and hot tub. The theater room was a hit for the guys (a great place to hide for a nap!) I just wanted to let you know that there are no complaints or even any suggestions. It was just perfection. My biggest thank you for making my wedding week celebrations better than I could have dreamed! I will be back!

Luxury at its finest

We had an incredible stay at 4 Old Mill Ct! The house has everything you need to kick back and enjoy your stay! We travelled with 10 kids and 10 adults and were not sure who had more fun! The kids were entertained for hours in the fully equipped basement complete with an amazing theater room! The pool was beautiful and perfectly tempered for August! Easy walk downtown to shopping and restaurants and the bikes were such a nice touch- we rode to the beach! We brought in a private chef one night and the gourmet kitchen had everything needed. We had the opportunity to meet the property manager Michael who was informative, helpful and had great communication and response time with all of questions. If your desired dates for this rental is not available check out 3 old mill ct which was just as gorgeous and is the same owner. We will definitely be back for many years to come

Impeccable Designer Home Short Walk from Town!

Wow! This incredible home has reset the bar for luxury and comfort in Nantucket! We just got home from a really special vacation in this brand new property. The exterior has that classic Nantucket style and the interior is tastefully decorated with high end finishes throughout. The living spaces are expansive and the bedrooms and bathrooms are massive and designed to give everyone privacy. Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. Downstairs there is an incredible bunk room, game room and living space for the kids...even a hidden state-of-the-art theater! The beautiful heated backyard pool is surrounded by both houses and backs onto a green acre so there is complete privacy. There isn't a detail that has been overlooked. It even comes with 4 bicycles and a motor scooter, but you won't need them for your short walk to town to enjoy all of the amazing shops and restaurants. This is the place for family vacation memories. Needless to say we did not want to leave and cannot wait to come back next summer. Thanks Jenny and Shaun for an unforgettable vacation in your Nantucket retreat!

Fabulous Stay!!

I booked the house to celebrate my 60th birthday with a week on the Island with my daughters and girlfriends. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 24-77. The house was PERFECT. The pictures are very accurate - although they don't do the house justice - it's even better in person. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax by yourself, but to also come together as a group for meals, yoga, games, swimming, movies, etc. And the location was great. For those that wanted to walk or bike into town it was very doable (about 1 mile) and for those that needed to Uber - one was never more than 10 minutes away (even going into the holiday weekend). The bicycles, provided by the owner, are in great condition and of various sizes. The property management team are exceptional - from Mike the overall property manager, to Tigran and his team who handle maintenance issues, and Heloise and her team who keep the property spotless. We only had a few minor maintenance issues (the iron did not work, the fireplace remote batteries died and there were none in the house to replace them) and they were handled immediately and graciously!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at all hours of the day and night, as well as the covered porch and lounge chairs. And the firepit was a great place to gather and talk once the sun went down and the air chilled a bit. If you are looking for a spot to host a large group, I'd highly recommend this house. If I host another large gathering in Nantucket, I'll definitely book this house again.

We are two families each with 3 generations and have been coming to Nantucket for many years. Staying at this property is by far the best experience we have ever had. Unlike many Nantucket houses, each room is very spacious including the bedrooms. There is a plentiful supply of everything one could need in the kitchen. The landscaping is breathtaking, which makes sitting outside a treat. The lower-level kids bunk room area is unique and was perfect for all the cousins to be together. Every need for vacationing families has been provided for, including beach chairs (10!), beach towels, and bikes. The location is within walking distance to town. It is truly a unique and amazing property, and gave us the opportunity to make many great memories of our Nantucket vacation.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Our group of family and friends visited for our daughters wedding and the house was beyond perfect. Besides the beauty of the furnishings and immaculate manicured yard- the spaces were well designed for hanging out together or quiet bedroom comfort. The theatre room (make sure you note its secret location!), game room and heated pool were a hit for everyone. Communication with the host and his great staff was outstanding- we felt very well cared for if we needed anything. Everyone agreed that we need to come back next year!!

Absolutely loved this house ! The home is very large, with lots of open space to gather, cook, or just hang out. The house is gorgeous and has literally everything you could need for a group stay. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating areas felt like a private and relaxing oasis after a day out. You can tell a lot of thought went into this home!The location could not have been better with an easy walk into town, great restaurants, shopping, and all the fun Nantucket spots.We had 8 couples staying here and it worked perfectly because every room had a king bed and its own en-suite bath, so everyone still had their own private retreat. The bunk room would be perfect for a family!There were also so many fun extras. Bikes for exploring, games everywhere, a movie theater, and lots of great spaces to relax together. We had the best time and will absolutely come back! Plus Shaun, the owner and Tigran, the property manager, are great to work with. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Amazing experience

This location exceeded our expectations, and Mike, along with his team, made us feel very welcome. I also met with Tigran on-site and he made sure we were all good to go and answered any questions we had. You can tell they truly care about the customer experience and making sure everything is perfect! We held our intimate wedding at this location and all of our guests were blown away how beautiful the property was. The landscaping, flowers, lawn, pool; everything was pristine outside. If I didn’t know any better I would have thought the house was brand new considering how immaculate and clean it was on the inside too. We knew the house was going to be big, but it was even bigger and roomier in person - really well thought out design. Overall, we all loved it - easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

Best Nantucket stay ever

We travel all over the world and us VRBO frequently and I will say this house is in the top 2 we have ever stayed in. The house is well maintained, supplied and is set up for entertaining. The property manager was extremely good at communications and was very helpful in the coordination of additional concierge services. There were may small details that you do not see in many rental homes like, the quality of the bedding, furniture, kitchen appliances, art work, landscape, etc..

Wonderful week in Nantucket

Truly a great house. Only issue I saw, which didn't really affect us because we were up early with little ones and were leaving on flights on Sunday, was the early start of the workers across the street and next store. Sawing away at 7a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday was a little surprising but again didn't bother us because the majority of our group was up and running around after little ones! Perhaps 8 a.m. would be a bit more palpable! Although we didn't have any issues manager "T" made it clear he was around to help with anything! Thanks...

With the homeowner association's prohibition on construction until after Labor Day, and the town noise bylaw (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) this is the first time that nearby construction activity has posed any distraction for guests. Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. Perfect location! The bikes on the property were very handy. The home accommodated 5 families easily. Pool was amazing as was the hot tub. The home was appointed nicely with kitchen supplies. We love to cook on vacation so this was great. Would definitely recommend!

Picture perfect week

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We had 10 adults and 10 children in our group, with plenty of room and some to spare! The home is even more spacious than pictured. The property manager was extremely accommodating and gracious. We would definitely stay here again.
