Good location and nice host but we had no clue the "studio" was a daylight basement sharing space with mechanical rooms and above it, a hostel. The noise from VERY early-rising hostelers made sleeping nearly impossible one night. We understood that a part was on order for the broken shower fixture, but the mildewed shower curtain was off-putting.

The Villa

Wonderful location, in a quiet residential neighborhood, easy access to restaurants and waterfront. Close to Edmonds Petanque Club at Civic Park. Charming host and hostess, made me feel right at home.

A nice, clean apt in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are friendly, responsive and accommodating. Only downside was the kitchenette didn't have a stove/oven, only a microwave to cook with. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

I did not get entry instructions for the gate. I searched on VRBO website for a ‘user manual’ or other guide, no luck. After multiple calls the host got back to me and was polite with instructions. I hit an email saying “here are the keys to your rental” but it contained no useful data.
