Brand new construction unit thoughtfully designed with ultimate guest comfort in mind. This spacious, single floor unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a private balcony to enjoy some fresh mountain air. Guests will have free access to Forest Ridge`s sports club with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness facilities and tennis courts. This family friendly neighborhood is great for walking the dog or for kids to ride their bikes. Right across from Loon with Winter Shuttle. open concept, single level unit on the second floor. Open the door into a large airlock mudroom with plenty of storage for skis and gear. Enter into a large kitchen with plenty of space and supplies to cook, barstools and a small bistro dining table. The open concept living area features a cozy gas fireplace and access to the private balcony.
