The big issue was the listing, which said it could sleep 4 and that it had 2 bedrooms. It cannot and does not. It had one bedroom with one bed, and a 2nd room with chairs in it. Upon complaint, the owner acknowledged the error, informed us that there were air mattresses in the closet, and refunded us one night's stay. It was labor day and there was nowhere else to go, so we made do. The listing has been corrected now, and I can say that otherwise it's a nice place, fully equipped (although oddly lacking a knife), clean and functional.

This was very strange - the guest said there were 3 people staying at the house - previously 4 guests stayed here with no issue! There is only one queen size bed but one person can sleep on the couch and two people can sleep on the air beds. It appeared like there were more than 4 people - all air beds, all sheets and all towels were used. The main focus of the guest was to get some money back - I offered them full refund if they would go elsewhere but he insisted on staying there but would like some refund.
