If you are looking for a place for multiple families! This is the place! We had a wonderful stay! It’s a big beautiful home that fit us all so well! I definitely recommend staying!

Gathering House

We had an amazing stay here! The host was very responsive and thought of all the little things you need for a trip with kids. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood which was great as well, with good recommendations on food and drink places. Very pleased with our stay!

This was an amazing place to stay for a bachelorette party for my big sister. We all hung out in the living room, shared the basement (which houses plenty of beds) and had a blast. The full kitchen and porch were amazing add ons. I’m so glad we booked this! The suburban neighborhood has very nice families as well.

House was very clean and the communication was excellent. Had a minor plumbing issue. I informed them of the issue and they got plumber out ASAP. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a group of 12—3 couples, each with 2 adult children. It was a family reunion of sorts. The space was clean and well-stocked. The floor plan allowed for lots of socializing upstairs, with serious card games on the dining room table. The basement was the perfect hangout for the twenty-somethings. We cooked every evening meal in the house, and the kitchen had all the utensils and cooking supplies we needed. We grilled burgers and brats on the deck one night - delicious!! On this trip, we did not have a baby, but the house was obviously very family-friendly. Baby gates and a pack-and-play were available. The book of instructions laid out clear expectations as to checkout, parking, etc. Because the house is in a suburban area, we did need to drive to visit sites, but that was not a concern for us. The Duluth area is beautiful, and we wanted to check out as much as we could. Jillian was informative and prompt in all correspondence. It was a FANTASTIC trip.
