3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home with 2 separate lanais and attached 2 car garage. Tile floors, white kitchen cabinets, NEW stainless steel appliances, NEW lighting & fans, FRESH paint. Primary bedroom has King bed, Guest bedroom has queen bed & 3rd bedroom/study has a Futon bed. Lakeside is a gated community with a 40-acre lake and offers many amenities, including two swimming pools, spa, and a two-story Old Florida clubhouse, complete with sauna, weight room, shower, kitchen facilities, library and game rooms. Lakeside also features five clay tennis courts, pickleball court, playground, shuffleboard, bocce and basketball courts. A 1.5 mile walking path meanders through an award-winning lush landscape including two lighted lake fountains. Lakeside is located close to everything - 5 minutes to Mercato, 10 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach & only 20 minutes to downtown Naples. Lakeside is a gated community managed by an HOA. Approval is required for all rentals.

The house was as advertised. Could have been cleaner. But was well stocked for guests. Good communication with host. Jennifer was very responsive to any questions that we had. Very good location in North Naples for shopping and restaurants and great community pool. Very nice people in the community.

2835 Mizzen Way was found very clean and in good condition. The folks at Lakeside were very friendly. The pool and club house enjoyable. We would have liked to be able to use the bikes but there was no ladder in the garage to get them down. It would have been great to have a 2nd set of bed sheets and some basic kitchen tools, table mats, measuring cups, paring knife etc. It was so nice to find coffee pods upon arrival. The Vitale’s.
