Magnificent Beachfront Panhandle Penthouse: Newly Renovated

Situated on the top (4th) floor overlooking the beach, this 4 bedroom 3 bath condo is the perfect vacation getaway. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably with ocean views from three of the four bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, a private bath with a double vanity, and an oversized walk-in tile shower. There is a Jr Master suite with a coffee station and private marble shower, a double twin bedroom and a bedroom with two double beds. The unit has a spacious fully furnished kitchen with an island attached to a full size dining area. In addition to a 55 inch flat screen TV with Roku and a Blu-ray player, the living room boasts a full size sectional and two super comfortable swivel rockers. You will be hard pressed to ever find more spectacular ocean views than the ones from the living room and spacious balcony of this unit. The balcony is large enough to support a four person dining table and two padded recliners with plenty of room to spare. For your convenience and comfort this unit has central heating and air and a walk in laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

This condo is located as close as the law will allow to one of the most pristine beaches you will find anywhere. The unique topology of this area allows the building to sit a mere 20 yards or so from the beach. It is so close in fact that you can easily make it from the unit to the beach in less than one minute.

The Villas at Sunset Beach is a gated community located between Alys and Rosemary Beach. It’s on site security guard, palm tree lined brick drive and parking areas and large swimming pool (heated in colder months) mark it as one of the premier communities in the area. You could easily spend a week here and never leave the complex. However, if you do decide to venture out it is an easy walk (or drive) to Alys or Rosemary Beach where there are a multitude of shops, restaurants and scheduled activities.

NUT FREE ZONE: This condo is our personal vacation home that we visit multiple times a year. Having a daughter with deadly food allergies, which include peanuts and multiple tree nuts, we ask all of our guests not to eat nuts while in the unit. We realize this would be a great inconvenience for some and we respect that. If you must eat nuts we would kindly ask you to rent somewhere else. Keeping our condo a safe environment for our daughter is paramount.

Great 30A Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this VRBO property! I would rent this place again for the view alone as the fourth floor provides a stunning view of the beautiful water and beach. Very spacious and comfortable!

30A Adventure

We did our annual family vacation to the Panhandle and decided to try somewhere new along 30A and we are very glad we did. Our condo was centrally located between Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach which made it fun to check out something new every day. The condo was right on the Beach with a gorgeous view of the water and the pool. It was surprising to see how much of the beach space was reserved for the chair rentals vs first come first served beach space. Overall this was a fantastic trip and we will be returning since there is so much to see and do.

Rosemary Beach Vacation

This property was perfect. Very clean and well maintained. The amenities were great right next to the pool and oceanfront. Amazing views from the balcony and living room. The overall location is perfect as well, situated right between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We will definitely be going back.

Extremely clean, roomy for our children and grandchild. Recommend this property to family or anyone wanting to see the sun rise/set at the beach! Would recommend the umbrella rentals and reservations for vehicles over two at Grayton Southern Storage.

unbeatable views

The balcony view could not be beaten. We brought chairs but realized we were so close to the sea that we ended up enjoying the beach from our balcony and going down to the beach to walk or collect sea shells. The place was beautiful and provided a great place to be with our family.

The condo was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect! We walked & biked everywhere. Lot’s to see & do. The balcony was the best part! The sunrises & sunsets are gorgeous! The grandkids absolutely had the best time. We hope to go back again soon.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful place, great location. The only negative thing was the shared access to the beach stayed busy non stop and the chair rental place took all the beach in front of the house and crammed everyone together in one small section. Paid way too much money to be packed in like sardines.

2025 4th of July week

The condo was perfect. However beach chair and space on beach was terrible. Since the beach is the most important part for my family we will not be back to this duplex. I realize it was a holiday but we had friends who were in this area and this was not a problem at there condo. Too many condo units/homes are assigned to this small section of beach. As for chairs rental service …We tried to reserve chairs 1 month before our arrival and they were already booked. When we arrived we checked again and some were available but in the very back and were very expensive. However we made the best of it and had a great time.

Great beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent. Could tell that the condo owner uses the space as well a simply renting out the unit. I hope we treated the premises accordingly respecting the place as we would our own. Sadly we had one mishap. One of our girls collided with the closet door going to the bathroom in the dark. The closet door knob damaged the wall and we apologize that this happened and will pay for the repair. Hopefully it is not too big a fix but are sorry for the inconvenience.

Can’t beat the location

Phenomenal location right on seacrest beach. The condo was decently appointed, and everything worked. The view from the 4th floor balcony was amazing - with clear view of the sunset! We had 4 adults and 4 kids (5-8 years old) and never felt like we didn’t have enough room. There is only 1 real TV in the condo - in the living room. The others in the bedroom are computer monitor sized and not really suitable for watching at 6+ feet away. So just know that if your group is TV oriented. The wifi worked just fine, no issues there. The only other “quirk” to this condo is that there are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. You have to use the various lamps for bedroom lighting. We made do, it was just unusual. Those are all minor things. We had a great time and would certainly stay in this condo again.

Perfect Location

The condo was spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was just perfect, you simply can't get closer to the beach without being on the beach! The property itself is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location with a great view and super access to the beach. The condo is large with four bedrooms. Drawer storage in the bedrooms is limited but workable. The living room furniture is definitely worn, but is ok for a week of fun. Beds were comfortable. Two large bed bedrooms and two bedrooms with two beds each. Clearly though, for the price you are paying, you are getting the view, location and beach access.

Amazing spacious property with gorgeous view

This condo was amazing and clean with gorgeous view. Large balcony to spend the evenings and have a cup of coffee in the mornings. It was great to have the refreshing swimming pool so close as well. The only downside was that the beach was very crowded, and we had to go out to reserve a good spot close to the water as early as 5:30 am! Overall, very nice place. Highly recommended if you don’t mind the crowds of people.

Wonderful stay at the Panhandle Penthouse

We stayed Memorial Day 2022. The location is wonderful - within walking distance of both Alys beach and Rosemary Beach. The condo was perfect for our family. The unit was clean and comfortable and right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We can't wait to stay here again!
