My family and I were there for the wedding of my daughter. It was a great time and the perfect house for the ocassion. All guest were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, as well as the linen and towels. Kitchen and Living room will all necessary for a great relax. Kevin is a great host. Very responsive and looking to all the details to make us very comfortable. This is a great house.

Nice property. Convenient to downtown and the U of R. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen looked new and had everything we needed. We didn't have any issues. Host answered questions quickly.

We came in for a family wedding - used every bedroom and the gathering space for hosting family meals. Two full bathrooms were fine for our 9 adults. The two porches added flexibility to where people could hang out and converse. The kitchen was big enough to prepare simple meals and serve. We also used the dining room for hair and makeup prep for 6 people on the day of the wedding. Worked very well for our group. Thanks to Kevin our host!
