The place was very clean! We didn’t use the pool due to time restrictions (a fast 2 day trip) but that also looked very clean. And the neighborhood was very quiet.

Cape Coral

We had a great stay. It was a huge plus to find a place where we could dock our boat right outside the back door and room to park the trailer in the driveway. We would stay again. Ray was a fantastic host.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about our communication. We're glad you found us responsive and that you enjoyed your overall stay. We're very sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the cleanliness, flies, and the bedding. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we've shared your comments with our cleaning team so these issues can be addressed immediately.
