Nice, clean 5 Bedroom 3 Bath Townhouse with a Fenced in yard, close to the beach with ocean views. This home is in an excellent location with a short walk to the beach and only one block over from the end (or beginning) of the Promenade. There are two bedrooms (a queen bed and two single beds) along with one full bathroom on the first floor. The living and dining area, kitchen, and another bedroom (queen bed) with a full bathroom are on the second floor. Then on the third floor are two more bedrooms (a queen bed and two single beds) and a Jack & Jill bathroom. This home is a great layout for two families since they can be on the first and third floors. There is also an extra full refrigerator in the garage! The owner provides 3-bikes, 8-beach chairs, 6-tags and 2-umbrealls (not guaranteed) Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIMES VARY/CHECK LEASE Please Note: This property accepts families only. Must be older than 25 to reserve property. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.
