The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hang the two complete sets of keys in the kitchen ($80 fee per set, if missing) and please turn off the lights, fans, wall heaters, fireplace. Close the sliding glass door and lock the front door.
Please take the trash to the trash chute located at the end of the hallway next to the elevator.
Take the recycles out to the blue bins at the end of the hallway by the stairs to the pool.
Don't forget to sign the Visitor Book and take a keychain souvenir.
Please send us a message letting us know you've checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
