Modern pool home with Game Room, 2 en suites and just 15 minutes to Theme Parks!

Luxurious, Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with high vaulted ceilings. The modern décor and color scheme creates and open, airy feel and is all tiled! No carpet in the home at all. This home has a great layout that allows one family privacy or 2 families or friends the ability to vacation together. There are 2 Master Suites at opposite ends of the house, as well as 2 living rooms with 42” flat screen tv's. There are 2 twin rooms located in the middle of the house. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Bedrooms accommodate up to 8. The king master with en-suite is located at the back of the home. It has a spa tub, double sinks, and stand up shower, as well as a slider to the pool and 42” flat screen tv. The second queen master is located at the front of the house with an en-suite with a shower/tub combo and 32” flat screen tv. The remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and share a full bath.

The front living room consists of a lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen and full dining table. The back living room is open concept with lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen, kitchen, breakfast bar and nook and slider to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and has everything you need. It is fully stocked to give you that at home feel by taking breaks from dining out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A high chair, pack and play, and umbrella stroller are provided for the tiny ones.

Now let's talk fun! The house is located 10 to 15 minutes from ALL ATTRACTIONS. The GAME ROOM features a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and Xbox station perfect for indoor fun. The private, screened in pool provides hours of outdoor fun in the sun!

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, Sea World, and the now open EPIC UNIVERSE are also a short drive away on Interstate I-4.

Beautiful Spacious Home!

Golf Vacation

Stayed for a couple of weeks at the end of October. We were out most of the days at the parks, but the pool and games room along with good internet meant the kids could stay entertained while we were home. Handy for I4 with multiple food and grocery stores nearby.

Super big home with lots of room to accommodate the maximum number of people allowed. Two dining and two living areas and a lanai with an inground pool. We had a lovely family vacation. And the management staff was very helpful and prompt to handle any requests. Highly recommend and we would stay at this residence again.

Totally enjoyed our stay here. The property is well kept, secure and clean. It is also in a perfect location for shopping (food, eating out etc.). If there was one concern, albeit a very small one, the twin beds were a little small for an adult. Of course we fully realize the house in intended for a family vacation and not four "old" cronies on a golf trip LOL. The property is and was suitable for either of these situations. I would like to add Jennifer Herni was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our trip.

Beautiful Getaway

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was big and spacious. Neighbors were friendly. Unfortunately didn't spend much time at the house since most fo the time we were at the parks. There game room was a bonus except for there was no electricity for the TV and Xbox but we enjoyed shooting pool. The pool was cold, I wished we would of opted for the heating. Next time for sure!! Thank you again, your an excellent host!!

Amazing Holiday Accommodation

This villa was above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were huge, more space than my family of 5 could wish for. Lots of TVs with access to Netflix etc, eating spaces, seating spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms (with spare hair dryers which were a blessing seen as my UK one never worked), laundry room, kitchen full of appliances not to mention the games room in garage and swimming pool. Nobody wanted to leave!! A few minor issues we did have were resolved so quickly that they weren't even issues. Our next USA holiday this will absolutely be where we choose to stay. Thank you Welcome Homes USA - we have been to USA several times and this has been by far our best accommodation.

Spring Break 2023

Nothing too fancy about this property. Had everything we needed for the week. Aesthetically it could look nicer for a more homey feel. Had issues with the pool when we arrived but got quick responses from property management to get it fixed. House has pool alarms but didn’t have a reset button on the outside so every time you came back into the house, the alarm went off. A bit annoying. All in all, good location, nice neighborhood and close to all the amenities.

Home was nice. Problems with the home are. Queen bedroom bath only has hot water. We couldn't use it. Suggestion for both twin bedrooms. Televisions for the rooms. We had to purchase 2 t.v.s to accommodate our children. Kitchen lights didn't work properly. 1 of them not at all. Not a proper broom for use to sweep. Kitchen knives were useless. Outdated and noisy refrigerator and dishwasher. Neighbors across the street parked along street making it difficult to leave driveway.Front door lock continuously beeping. Overall was a nice home close to everything.

Excellent accomodation

We went to Florida with our 3 children and my mother and father so needed a villa to accommodate all of us suitably for 2 weeks. This villa was an excellent choice. It's spacious and comfortable and the pool outside was the perfect size, thoroughly enjoy by the kids! Location wise it is close to shops and restaurants as well as being near enough to the Theme Parks to drive ourselves there every day. If we were to go to Florida again we would happily book this villa again without hesitation.

Amazing house with great location!

This house is in a very easy to get to neighborhood. Plenty of space. Having a washer and dryer was phenomenal. Read the fine print though~ you’ll need your own detergents for washing machine and dish washer. There is a Publix super close and a Walmart is close as well. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

There was lots of room for our large family. Pool was a little small for the size of house. Four children ages 17, 15, 14 and 11 get in the pool and are practically on top of each other. Kids really enjoyed the garage play room. They spent all of their time in there when they couldn't go swimming. Easy check-in and checkout.
