We had a fantastic vacation in a beautiful villa.The house was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we need. The host responded immediately whenever we had a question. A minor issue with the pool was solved quickly and we were allowed to have a late checkout.Driving to Disney, Universal, grocery stores was easy.We highly recommend the villa and would definitely rent it again.

Great place for families.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Florida! The house was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone, which made it perfect for our group. The booking and check-in process were super easy and hassle-free. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—we absolutely loved it and spent a lot of time relaxing there. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Highlands Reserve villa (July'25 stay)

Clean, spacious and in a great location we found this villa a perfect residence for our Orlando stay. Location is a two minute drive (15 minute walk) to nearest supermarket / restaurants and less than 25 minutes from Disney. Bonus was also communal 20m swimming pool which is just 100 yards away from the property.Villa itself was as described and we wouldn't hesitate in re booking should we travel back to Orlando in the future.

We had a great stay from 22nd-31st August 2025. The information shared by Timur prior to check in was very informative and gave us all the information we needed for a smooth check in. The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was lovely to come back too from a day out in the summer heat to cool down. Location was great, plenty of restaurants near by and close enough for all the parks. First time staying in Highlands Reserve and we loved it. Would recommend.

10 days in paradise

we have stayed here on 3 different occasions and a couple different owners .the location is perfect the pool perfect . the house layout works great 4 bed rooms split with jack and jill bathroom as well as master onsuite . we enjoyed our stay and pool was great to lounge by or after a hot day at park .... we will definately be returning again to stay here

Disneyland vacation

We were staying in Orlando for our Disneyland vacation with kids. Location of the house was close enough to all the parks, from 20 to 30 minutes drive. House was clean and roomy. However management provides very little toiletries and cleaning essentials, we had to buy soap, shampoo, garbage bags, dishwashing capsules, detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. House has pool, pool fence needs update though, looks very torn and old. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great property in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood

My wife, two kids, and I stayed here for two weeks to escape the chilly Northeast winter. The property was in excellent shape and exactly what we needed. Our kids had a blast in the pool. The pool heater (fyi - you need to request it be turned on) kept the water at a reasonable temperature, despite evenings consistently being in the 40s and 50s. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and updated. Communication was easy with Timur. The neighborhood was nice. It had a playground, community pool, and golf course one block from the house. We were very happy with this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loving life @ Highlands Reserve

I can't recommend this villa or Timur and his team enough - We had a great two weeks here, the villa is so well placed for all the parks and one of our favourite areas, Championsgate, plus anything and everything you could need / want / eat is less than 10 minutes away, yet still feel like you're tucked away, safe and sound on Highlands Reserve. The villa itself is well provided for in the way of utensils, glassware, crockery, towels and linen etc', didn't want for anything in that respect, the accommodation was clean, furniture comfortable and easy to use for our family party.Pool deck was great, enough outside beds and chairs for our party, we also had the pool heated for our stay and enjoyed early morning / late night swims as it was so warm.As stated before, Timur and his team were fantastic, using the Vrbo app messaging, all requests were answered and dealt with very quickly, nothing was too much troubleWhen we return to Florida again, we will definitely try and re-book the villa purely on the very positive experience we had this visitThe O'Sullivan family, East Anglia, UK

4th time staying here

So we have been repeat vacationers to this property. This by far being the worse yet… so it starts off by walking into a green pool. Which took 2days to get right… next was a temp issue. Temp would only go to 72 but property manager would constantly adjust it higher called owner and said it would be fixed to 69 . That worked for 1 day. Then wake up in night to 78 degrees.. I think the property management company is not a good fit for the property as this was the worse year I have been there. We always look forward to this house. . But it will a different place next year

Nice house with pool

We stayed at this house for 9 days. The house was clean other than some little bugs that stayed around the tub area. Other than that, it was very clean. We had issues with the air conditioner staying on the desired temperature. I would set the thermostat at a certain temp, and it would be different when we woke up. There was a set temp that the owner wanted the temp to not go below. I honored that request even though we had to get fans because the bedrooms were warmer than other areas. So, at night you might need a fan. Even though the thermostat was set at the temperature stated in the guidelines the owner has control over the temp and kept moving it up. Be prepared to watch it because it won't stay where you set it. The fridge had an ice maker but didn't work. We had to buy ice. That was inconvenient. Other than the ice maker and the thermostat changing the house is a great place.

Magical Stay in a Wonderful Villa, we hope to return :-)

We have stayed on Highlands Reserve a number of times and this was everyone's favourite villa. The communication with Timur was excellent before and during. Timur responded swiftly to all my questions and concerns. All the docs arrived on time and the instructions were clear. I was a little dubious at first, as at the time of booking the property only had 1 review on Vrbo, I needed not to worry, the property was even better than the photos and the guest book was full of many recent, positive reviews. The villa is spacious and well decorated. The furnishing are very tasteful and the beds super comfy. The Jack and Jill bathroom was great for the kids and the master en-suite is lovely and big. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, with every dish, pan and utensil you could ever need. There are plastics for use outside or for the kids. There is a full cable package, and the boys were excited to find a PS4 with FIFA, as well the pool table in garage. The outside area was large enough for the 5 of us to dine comfortably and there were enough sun loungers for everyone around the pool. The pool was clean and well maintained, again the kids loved it. The location is perfect for exploring theme parks and has great transport links with easy drives to downtown Orlando, I-Drive and further to NASA and either coast. Loads of restaurants on the H192 which is 10 mins away. Berry Town is a short walk away and has a large supermarket. A wonderful home in a wonderful location.

Schönes, großes Ferienhaus, toller Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden Pool und Billiard. Schön ruhige Anlange. In der Umgebung gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man braucht.
