Great Group Destination

Our group, 3 couples, had a great time! The guys golfed each morning and the ladies enjoyed the awesome pool area. Visited Manny's on Hwy 27, a great place to eat. Several golf courses close by that are great to play too!

Good vacation place

My family enjoyed staying here, it was really spacious. There was a lot of tiny rules request though throughout the house which made us be a little afraid to touch anything but nonetheless a good place to stay.

Perfect retreat

We have stayed at a few rentals before and very happy to say we have finally found the perfect fit for us. This home is all it says it is and more. We cannot wait for our next visit to Charlotte's Paradise.

Great for multiple family pairings

We loved the house, the pool, and the hot tub! There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group which provided privacy if needed. The kitchen has an open floor plan perfect for preparing meals and still be in the action. We would definitely stay again!

Real paradise

Thank's to John, the best house WE have ever rented in Florida. Very well furnished, very nice pool and spa, everything was in good condition and, for sure, we'll come back if possible. Very very pleased with rental, do not hesitate!!

Amazing Week!

This was honestly the best house we have rented & we have rented a good amount this area! Everything was clean, the house was so kid friendly. The kitchen had so many great appliances AND the pool was just amazing. Lynn was awesome. Thank you for a great week. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful villa, great location.

Very beautiful villa on a the quiet gated resort Watersong. Everything is brand new. Great house for a big group. We loved the pool and spa and was very relaxing. It is 20-30 minutes drive to the main attractions of Orlando. If we stay again in Orlando we will come back to this villa.

AMAZING!

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely perfect! We all enjoyed the crystal clear pool everyday! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space and room for everyone. We were very sad to leave and hope to come back again soon!

Fantastic house in a lovely location

The house was very well equipped. It was very clean. It had clearly been well maintained. The pool was great and pool towels were provided. A very comfortable and secure house in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Very good house

The house is very nice - good beds - the kitchen has all the appliances you need - the garage is a cool playground. We came to rent this house again. The gas grill is a very good addition to the kitchen.

Very comfortable

The house was just as explained and everything was behind our expectations. Our family of 10 had more than enough space and the privacy of the pool was a very nice plus. It is about 30 minutes from the parks but other than that everything else was very good.

Fantastic home

We definitely enjoyed living here for the week! The house was spotless! The beds were extremely comfortable!The kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed including plastic table wear for dining by the pool! The pool was wonderful! We paid for the pool heat and it was worth every penny! The hot tub was nice and warm and felt great after long days at the parks! We would highly recommend this lovely pool home!

Beautiful Home & Pool in an Awesome Gated Communit

This was our second time at Charlotte's Paradise. We are never disappointed. This house has beautiful furnishings and is stocked with everything you could want or need. The outdoor pool area has sun all day. We have been visiting this gated community for about 8 years and this house is the nicest we have ever rented.
