This home has three bedrooms, each with new queen size beds and bedding, remodeled baths, all new paint, furniture, and appliances (including laundry). The spacious home has a large living area as well as a big front porch and table with fire pit in the back yard. Clear Lake is a city in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, United States. The population was 7,777 at the 2010 census. The city is named for the large lake on which it is located. It is the home of a number of marinas, state parks and tourism.

We have lived in Clear Lake for 27 years, and we love sharing our great little town with visitors. We have three homes we rent to guests when not in use by our own family. We have been renting vacation homes to Clear Lake visitors for 12 years and enjoy the people we meet!

We purchased this home because of its great location and family friendly lay out. There is plenty of living space, both outdoor and indoor.

This house is great in part because of it's ideal location. It is easy walking distance to the Surf Ballroom, lake public access, City Beach, City Park, restaurants and bars.
