Welcome to the House on Audubon. This charming 1905 property is located in one of the greatest neighborhoods in Rochester. With restaurants, nightlife, and everything you could need just steps away from your door, we are sure you will have a great stay!

The Space:
The first floor has a living room with a 58" tv. The dining room features West elm furniture, and ample seating space for your whole party. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is ready for you to make meals at home or brew coffee to enjoy on the ample porch. There is also a half bath for convenience. The second floor has all three bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
Everything within the Park Ave neighborhood is just a few minutes away. You'll instantly be in the heart of the energetic area and be able to walk, bike, or even uber to festivals, concerts, bars, sporting events and exhibits that are a constant form of entertainment in our City. If you're driving, we're located 2 minutes away from the 490 ramp and less than 5 minutes away from the 390,490,590 exchange, making all of the areas attractions within a 15 minute drive. This includes Strong, Highland and Rochester General Hospitals. University of Rochester, The Institute of Technology, Eastman and Geva Theatres, High Falls and the Genesee river, Lake Ontario, Strong Museum of play, and many of the other unique attractions that make Rochester an incredible city to be a part of.

Great location close to shops and restaurants in a beautiful part of the city. Beautiful old house with nice updates. Beautiful kitchen to cook in. Garage access made it very nice to not have to park on the street in a busy neighborhood. Check in and check out were super easy!

Last-minute saving grace

After a truly awful VRBO error, I found this listing as a last-minute stay for my son’s college graduation. Lovely neighborhood and so much better than a ridiculously overpriced hotel room, staying here was a pleasure. The house is clean and warm; it’s great, and would be even better with a bedside night stand and lamp in each bedroom.
