Perfectly situated for year-round adventure, this cozy retreat offers easy access to world-class ski resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, & Vail as well as nearby hiking trails and the picturesque Dillon Reservoir.  

Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting living space featuring a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping for up to 6 guests. The private balcony provides stunning river views—ideal for sipping morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploration.

SPACE:
The primary bedroom has a King-size bed with a private bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunkbed & an additional Twin bed, making this an excellent choice for families or groups.

An additional bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo. Both bathrooms are beautifully designed with modern finishes & offer plenty of space to get ready for the day.
