Great location for a U of H or Texas Southern game and a short drive to downtown! Had an ant problem but the owner responded quickly to help take care of it. AC was window units only, but stayed plenty cool with temps in the high 80s/low 90s. Neighborhood closeby was nice but the immediate area still “in progress” of being revitalized. May not be the best location for a young family, however it was quiet at night with no noisy dogs and no cars with radios blasting (we stayed 3 nights). Parking more than one car would be a challenge (street parking only). Small but adequate if you’re going to be away doing things most of the day. Kitchen was a little cramped but had all new appliances
