Private dock to park your boat fishing paradise. Make yourself at home in this delightful 2-bedroom Dunnellon retreat. With a full bed, queen bed, and two twin beds, this house offers a tremendous space for guests to relax. Enjoy the bathtub and amenities and WiFi during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. There is a studio unit in a separate space on the back of the property that is partially occupied by homeowner. the side yard with rock driveway is a separate unit. screen patio is not meant for guest area it's a separate unit. yard is Divided like a duplex.

Walking trails along the river next to the house, quite neighborhood, private dock 1 mile from rainbow river and a couple restaurants can kayak from the house to.
What makes this property unique
It's own dock, beautiful festive design, huge trees and enough room to park cars and trailers, and a 3 legged gator that hangs out by the dock
