Guest house is behind the main home close at the heart of downtown, a popular destination known for its historic buildings, stores, restaurants, and art galleries. Saragosa Street is located just behind St. George Street in the historic area, making it an easy walk between the two streets. Pets are not on reservations. Only dogs allowed. $50 per dog.


-This property is routinely treated for pests, but bugs can still enter when doors are opened. Palmetto bugs may fly in and die overnight. Gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies may appear depending on the season and conditions, especially around open or unclean drinks. When walking around town, use mosquito repellent due to the buggy environment. Florida's insect life while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The location of this apartment/home was absolutely perfect. 10 min -15 min walk to old St. Augustine. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner was much appreciated. We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you :)

This little remodel was adorable. So clean and so new! The customer service was top notch. I requested box fans for white noise and they hand delivered within an hour of arrival. The location is so ideal to everything in town. I would totally stay here again.

Our visit was 5/28 - 5/31. The guest house is a cute and conveniently located unit in a very quiet neighborhood. Flagler, Castillo de San Marcos, restaurants, bars etc are all within a short walking distance. I felt safe walking back at night by myself. The Fountain of Youth and St Augustine are a very short drive. Access to the unit is very easy off N Pounce De Leon . There is enough parking for 2 cars, one in the alley and one next to the unit. Note that during our visit there was on going road work on Riberia The kitchen is minimal so don’t plan on doing any cooking; there are plenty of excellent restaurants to choice from nearby - The Columbia or Saint to mention a couple. The host is very responsive, I made last minute changes to my reservation, in doing so I made an error and would have been charge twice for cleaning. The host assisted in getting the charges sorted out. All in all the place is a 10.

Perfect 2 bed 1 bath within walking distance of downtown! It's a guest house on a lot with a bigger house, but it still was separate and very private. The space was clean, and instructions clear for check in and check out. Finding the back alley for parking was a little tricky, but not bad. There was only one parking spot for this unit that I could tell, but our other guests who stayed with us left their car in the downtown city parking garage for the weekend since you only have to pay to enter not per day, so it didn't bother us. The beds were comfortable, and we felt pretty safe in the neighborhood even walking back around midnight. I would recommend this place if you want to be able to walk to downtown, winery, etc!
