Early check in or late check out?
We take pride in the cleaning and sanitation process between guests. If possible early check ins, and late check outs would need to be organized 24 hours in advanced and are subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour. If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $100 service charge will be applied to your closing costs.

House Rules:
- Absolutely no parties or gatherings
- Only 8 people allowed at the property
- Only 4 cars allowed in driveway (all cars must be in the driveway, not on street or sidewalk)
- No smoking inside (fine of $500 for smoking inside the house)
- No noise or loud music between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Fines may apply if anyone breaks these rules.

Pool Rules:
- Use the pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty
- Children under 15 years old must be supervised at all times
- No rough play, horseplay, diving, running, or jumping from pool edge
- No glass containers in or near the pool area
- No alcohol or intoxication while swimming
- Shower before entering the pool
- No use of the pool if you have open wounds or are sick
- Please dry off before entering the house to prevent water damage

Pet Rules:
- We require a non-refundable pet fee of $150
- Maximum 2 dogs
- Dog is kept on a leash at all times when in yard
- Must pick up after your pet
- Must be crated when left unattended

It was a great place to stay while taking a weekend trip to Bay City! Very close to downtown, lots of space for a big group, and we loved the fenced in backyard for our pups! The host was very attentive and I felt like we could have reached out if we needed anything.

We had an incredible stay! The house was spotless, you can tell the hosts really care about keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The pool was absolutely amazing, crystal clear, the perfect temperature, and a great spot to relax all day. On top of that, the hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!
